The DHMRI Confocal Microscopy and Biological Imaging Facility is designed to provide state-of-the-art microscopy resources to researchers for examination of subcellular details at high resolution by light, fluorescent and confocal laser scanning microscopy.
Analyses available at the DHMRI Microscopy Facility include visualization of proteins within cells or tissues at high resolution, quantitative image analysis, fluorescent microscopy, live-cell imaging and laser capture microdissection.
The Microscopy Facility is located in close proximity to cell culture facilities providing optimal support for live-cell imaging. The wide range of sophisticated microscopes housed within the facility allows us to choose the best possible combination of speed, sensitivity and resolution to meet the individual imaging needs of each user.
